COSCO SHIPPING Development Co., Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Huang Jian as a non-executive director, effective from 29 September 2024, due to work arrangement adjustments. To ensure compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules, the company has proposed the appointment of Ms. Zhang Xueyan as a new non-executive director, pending shareholder approval. Ms. Zhang brings a wealth of experience in capital operations and holds a master’s degree in economics.
