Coniagas Battery Metals Inc. has announced the initial closing of a non-brokered private placement, issuing over 3.2 million units at $0.12 each to raise $384,140, with plans to extend the placement until September 30, 2024. The proceeds will fund exploration on their Graal property in Quebec and general working capital, with a portion also paying finder’s fees and issuing additional warrants and shares to finders.
