Computershare Limited ( (AU:CPU) ) just unveiled an update.

Computershare reported a solid FY26 performance, highlighting that its long-term simplification strategy and continued technology investments are driving margin expansion and consistent earnings growth. Management EPS rose 7% to 145 cents per share, headline revenue increased 3% and more than 5% excluding disposals, while key divisions Issuer Services, Corporate Trust and Employee Share Plans delivered revenue growth of 4%, 6% and 10% respectively.

Margin income declined 1.6% to $749 million but remained above upgraded guidance as higher activity offset interest rate cuts, underpinning EBIT ex margin income growth of over 8% and a 70-basis-point rise in EBIT ex margin income margins to 18.2%. Return on invested capital reached 36.5% and leverage fell to 0.1 times, giving the group ample capacity for selective acquisitions and supporting a 35% increase in the final dividend to 65 Australian cents per share, underscoring strong momentum and operational discipline despite global uncertainty.
