Computacenter PLC reported on 30 July 2024 that it has acquired 59,205 of its own ordinary shares under its Share Buy-back Programme at an average price of 2678.1801 pence per share. The shares will be held in treasury, with a total of 8,655,483 shares now in treasury and 114,032,487 ordinary shares in circulation, excluding treasury shares. Since the program’s announcement on 26 July 2024, the company has purchased a total of 108,622 ordinary shares.
