Complete Solaria (CSLR) has released an update.
Siemens successfully sued its solar technology suppliers, Solaria Corporation and SolarCA, for breaching warranties on a solar module system, resulting in a court order for the subsidiaries to pay Siemens around $6.9 million plus attorneys’ fees. The subsidiaries, not accepting defeat, plan to appeal the decision following the final judgment.
