Comerica ( (CMA) ) has issued an announcement.

On October 6, 2025, Comerica Incorporated and Fifth Third Bancorp announced a definitive merger agreement in which Fifth Third will acquire Comerica in an all-stock transaction valued at $10.9 billion. This merger will create the 9th largest U.S. bank, enhancing Fifth Third’s scale, profitability, and geographic reach, particularly in high-growth markets.
