On January 26, 2024, Clever Leaves II Portugal Cultivation, S.A, a subsidiary of Clever Leaves Holdings Inc., sold certain real estate, including furniture and structures in São Teotónio, Portugal, to Álvaro Ricardo Villaverde Covões Gávea and Helena Cristina Martinho dos Santos Covões Gávea for EUR 1,400,000. This sale marked the completion of Clever Leaves Holdings Inc.’s cessation of operations in Portugal.
