Cicor Technologies has announced the acquisition of essential business activities of the French Éolane Group, marking a significant step in its pan-European growth strategy. This acquisition, which includes five production sites in France and two in Morocco, adds approximately 890 employees and CHF 125 million in profitable sales to Cicor. It strengthens Cicor’s market leadership in the aerospace and defense sector and enhances its nearshoring capacities for European customers. The integration of Éolane is expected to boost Cicor’s production capacities and contribute to its goal of achieving sales of over CHF 1 billion by 2028.
