China Shenhua Energy Co. has announced that six of its subsidiaries, along with five subsidiaries of China Energy Investment Corporation Limited, have jointly established the Guoneng (Beijing) Science and Technology Innovation Seed Fund with a total scale of RMB200 million. The fund aims to foster a service system that promotes the integration of production, research, and application, driving scientific and technological advancements within the company’s integrated industrial chain. This strategic collaboration is not expected to materially affect the company’s financial position or operating results.
