China Railway Group Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) set for 20 August 2024 to discuss the election and re-election of Directors. The company’s register of members will be closed from 14 August 2024 to 20 August 2024 for Shareholders to determine their voting eligibility. Important documents, including the EGM circular and proxy forms, will be sent to Shareholders in due course.
