China Environmental Resources Group Ltd. has announced a six-month extension to the long stop date of their Memorandum of Understanding for a prospective acquisition, now set for 27 September 2024. This extension relates to the company’s subsidiary’s plan to acquire 51% of the shares of a target company, as part of its ongoing expansion strategy. There have been no other changes to the terms of the original agreement.
