Chiho Environmental Group Limited has announced that Mr. Wang Li, an executive Director, is set to retire by rotation and will be standing for re-election at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for 27 June 2024. This follows the resignation of Prof. Yan as an independent non-executive Director. Shareholders will receive a supplemental circular with details on Mr. Wang Li’s re-election, along with a supplemental notice of AGM and proxy form.
