Chevron Corporation has announced that Executive Vice President A. Nigel Hearne will step down from his current role on October 1, 2024, and retire on February 14, 2025. He will transition to a Senior Advisor role to facilitate a smooth handover of duties. Mark A. Nelson, currently the Vice Chairman, will take over Hearne’s responsibilities from October 1, ensuring continuity in the company’s leadership.
