Craig A. Jacobson has decided not to seek re-election to the Board of Directors at Charter Communications’ upcoming annual meeting. His departure is amicable, with no disputes cited against the company’s operations or policies. To replace him, the Board plans to nominate Carolyn J. Slaski for election, a decision that will be put forward to stockholders in the next proxy statement.
