CH Robinson (CHRW) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Michael Castagnetto has been appointed as President of NAST by the Company, effective February 1, 2024, succeeding Mac Pinkerton who will transition his responsibilities until his departure on February 29, 2024. Pinkerton will receive severance benefits as per the Company’s Executive Separation and Change in Control Plan. The transition has been publicly announced in a press release.
