Centuria Capital Group has expanded its agricultural assets under management (AUM) to over $0.65 billion with the strategic off-market acquisition of Katunga Fresh’s 21-hectare glasshouse, secured on a 20-year triple-net lease. This acquisition bolsters Centuria’s agriculture portfolio to over 100 hectares, enabling year-round tomato production with advanced lighting technology. The deal enhances Centuria’s portfolio AUM to approximately $450 million, with a 17-year weighted average lease expiry (WALE) and full occupancy.
