Centrica PLC has announced its interim results for the first half of 2024, proposing an interim dividend of 1.50p per share, payable on November 14, 2024, to shareholders registered by October 4, 2024. The company confirms it has adequate distributable reserves to support this dividend payment. Additionally, Centrica will conduct a live webcast and conference call for its results presentation on July 25, 2024.
