Centamin Plc has announced a partial vesting of its 2021 share awards at 31.29%, under the company’s Remuneration Policy and Performance Share Plan. The vested shares will include dividend equivalents and will be held by Directors for an additional two years in line with the company’s share ownership guidelines. Meanwhile, any disposals are aimed at covering tax obligations arising from these awards.
