CEMATRIX Corporation has launched a $3.5 million private placement with Beacon Securities, offering units at $0.45 each to support sales growth and provide working capital. The offering includes common shares and warrants, with an additional purchase option for underwriters, and is expected to close by July 29, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
