David L. Calhoun has informed Caterpillar Inc.’s Board of Directors of his choice to not seek re-election at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. This decision was made without any disagreements with the company. The Board has expressed its appreciation for Calhoun’s numerous contributions and his long-standing, exemplary service to the company.
