Cartier Iron ( (TSE:CFE) ) has provided an announcement.

Cartier Silver Corporation has announced a brokered private placement led by Centurion One Capital to raise up to $1.5 million through the sale of 12 million units. The proceeds will be used for drilling at the Los Chorrillos Project in Bolivia and for general working capital.
