Carbon Streaming Corporation has resolved a dispute related to the Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve Project by receiving a settlement payment of US$650,000 and canceling 4,539,180 common shares surrendered by the IE Parties. This settlement reduces the company’s outstanding shares to 48,332,053 and leaves it with a cash reserve of C$52.4 million, positioning it well financially with no debt.
