Jennings “Jay” Walker, the Executive Vice President and CFO of Capital Bancorp, Inc., and its subsidiary Capital Bank, N.A., will resign on August 1, 2024, for personal reasons, not due to any operational disagreements. The company is now actively searching nationwide for his successor.
