CAP-XX Ltd ( (GB:CPX) ) has provided an update.

CAP-XX Limited has conditionally raised £2.2 million before expenses through a placing and subscription of new ordinary shares, supported by an accelerated bookbuild led by Allenby Capital. Directors and a senior manager have participated in the subscription and converted accrued fees into equity, underscoring internal support for the fundraise and increasing their combined stake to an expected 11.36% of the enlarged share capital, assuming full take-up of the retail offer.

Alongside the institutional placing, CAP-XX has launched a retail offer of up to £0.1 million to existing shareholders and scheduled a virtual general meeting on 26 August 2026 to approve the second phase of admissions. Spark’s Take on CPX Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, CPX is a Underperform.

The score is primarily pressured by weak financial performance, especially severe negative profitability and weak/declining cash flow, despite manageable leverage. Technicals add further caution with the stock trading below major moving averages. Valuation is also constrained because losses drive a negative P/E and there is no dividend yield data to offset risk.
