British American Tobacco Conducts Share Buyback

British American Tobacco (BTI) has released an update.

British American Tobacco p.l.c. has executed a share buyback, purchasing 300,000 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 2317.00p to 2342.00p. The company plans to cancel these shares, which will affect the total number of shares in issue and the holdings of shareholders. This move forms part of a buyback program announced previously and follows the authorization received from shareholders.
