Braskem S.A. has announced the unanimous approval of resolutions during its Board of Directors meeting on March 20, 2024, which includes the calling of an Annual Shareholders’ Meeting to discuss and vote on the previous fiscal year’s financial statements and management reports, as well as the election of board and fiscal council members. The meeting concluded without any further issues and with arrangements for the upcoming shareholders’ assembly. This strategic move is expected to shape the company’s governance and oversight for the coming year.
