BrainsWay Ltd. has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for November 5, 2024, to vote on the issuance of new American Depository Shares and a warrant to Valor BrainsWay Holdings, LLC, along with amendments including the right for Valor to designate board directors and the proposed appointment of Mr. Jonathan Shulkin to the Board. Shareholders as of October 8, 2024, are entitled to vote and are urged by the Board to vote FOR the proposals, with options to vote via proxy or electronically.
