BP p.l.c. has disclosed an update to their total voting rights and share capital, revealing a total of 16,383,427,053 ordinary shares and 12,706,252 preference shares as of August 30, 2024. With ordinary shares valued at US$0.25 each and preference shares at £1 each, the company’s new total number of voting rights is 17,107,748,719, information pertinent to shareholders for regulatory disclosure obligations.
