BP (BP) has released an update.
BP p.l.c. has announced a second quarter interim dividend of US$0.08 per share, payable on September 20, 2024, to shareholders who are on the register as of August 9, 2024. The dividend will be paid in sterling at a rate of 6.0498 pence per share, determined by the average market exchange rate from August 28 to August 30, 2024. The company has also provided dividend reinvestment plans but will not offer a scrip dividend alternative for this payment.
