Bolt Metals Corp. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising C$231,000 by selling 1,100,000 units at C$0.21 each. These units include both a common share and a purchase warrant, with the latter being exercisable at C$0.50 for two years. The raised capital is aimed at bolstering the company’s general working capital.
