Boardwalk REIT has reported robust occupancy and rental revenue growth, with promising acquisitions poised to enhance stakeholder value. The Trust has successfully acquired three properties, including a 255-suite community and a fully occupied townhome community in Calgary, as well as a 6-unit property with redevelopment potential.
