Aclaris Therapeutics (ACRS) has provided an update.
Andrew Powell has informed Aclaris Therapeutics of his decision to step down from the board, coinciding with the 2024 Annual Meeting on June 6. Additionally, Bryan Reasons will not seek re-election to the board once his term ends at the same meeting. Both departures are independent of any disputes over the company’s operations, policies, or practices.
