Bluestone Resources Inc., a Canadian precious metals company, has granted stock options for over 4 million shares to its directors, officers, and employees, with a vesting period extending over two years and an exercise price of C$0.47 per share. The company, trading under BSR on the TSXV and BBSRF on the OTCQB, is focusing on developing the Cerro Blanco gold project in Guatemala, which is expected to produce significant annual gold output at competitive costs over an initial 14-year mine life.
