Bluechiip Limited is progressing well with its strategic review and interim capital raising efforts, currently in talks with international companies for potential propositions. The company also announced a delay in submitting its audited financial statements for FY24, due to ongoing discussions. Consequently, trading of the company’s shares will be suspended from 1 October 2024 until compliance with ASX Listing Rules is met.
