BlackRock Throgmorton Trust PLC has purchased 71,609 of its own shares at an average price of 612.93 pence each to be held as treasury shares. After this transaction, the company’s issued share capital will be 89,100,255 Ordinary Shares, with treasury shares comprising 13.67% of the total issued share capital. Investors should note that treasury shares do not carry voting rights and should use the new share capital figure for reporting purposes.
