Blackfinch Spring VCT plc has completed an allotment of 1,491,724 Ordinary Shares as part of an Offer for Subscription, which aimed to raise up to £20 million, with an additional over-allotment facility for another £20 million. The Offer, which closed on 20 August 2025, resulted in a total of 66,624,783 Ordinary Shares in issue, and these shares will soon be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
