Biodexa Pharmaceuticals PLC has entered into an exclusive license and collaboration agreement with Emtora Biosciences to develop, distribute, market, and sell Emtora’s intellectual property in a specified territory. This follows Biodexa’s prior loan of $250,000 to Emtora under a promissory note. The agreement outlines the management of intellectual property rights, adherence to accounting standards, and the definition of various terms critical to the partnership.
