BIGG Digital Assets Inc. has successfully completed an upsized private placement, raising C$8 million through the sale of over 33 million units at C$0.24 each. The proceeds are earmarked for marketing, team expansion, operational float increase, and general corporate purposes across its business divisions. The financing was facilitated by A.G.P. Canada, who received a commission and compensation warrants as part of the deal.
