BH Macro Limited has announced the buyback of 133,995 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from 357.50 to 364.00 pence per share, with the intention of holding these shares in treasury. This transaction affects the total number of shares in issue, with the current figures standing at 352,949,529 Sterling Shares with an additional 21,890,472 shares held in treasury, and 28,264,120 Dollar Shares in circulation. As a result, the total voting rights in the company are now 540,686,447.
