BevCanna Enterprises (TSE:BEV) has released an update.
BevCanna Enterprises, a diversified lifestyle and wellness consumer packaged goods company, is renaming itself to Forte Group Holdings Inc. on October 18, 2024, reflecting its strategic vision to become a leader in the health and wellness industry. The company’s stock will trade under the new symbol ‘FGH’ on the CSE; however, its symbols on the OTC and FSE will remain unchanged for the time being. This rebranding accompanies the company’s plans to expand its product portfolio, including the international launch of TRACE BLACKwater and new nutraceuticals in the U.S.
