Bens Creek Group plc, a North American metallurgical coal supplier for the steel industry, has announced its decision to liquidate the company. The board, after a recent meeting and consultations with advisors, has appointed Hill Dickinson to oversee the liquidation process. Consequently, a planned General meeting on June 10 has been cancelled as the company prepares to apply to the courts for liquidation.
