Beamtree Holdings Limited has announced a change in the director’s interest, with Director Emma Gray acquiring 71,429 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.21 each through the Beamtree Incentive Plan. The transaction, which did not involve any disposal of shares, resulted in Gray’s total holdings adjusting to 8,854,763 shares across different trusts. This update is in accordance with ASX listing rule 3.19A.2 and the Corporations Act.
