Beam Global finalized its acquisition of Amiga DOO Kraljevo, with the original deal allowing the Amiga sellers to earn additional Beam stock based on future revenue milestones. A recent amendment has removed the condition that sellers must provide services to Amiga to receive this additional stock, simplifying the earnout terms. This adjustment could signify a strategic move by Beam to streamline its post-acquisition operations or to retain key personnel within Amiga.
