Barclays PLC has announced that its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for May 9, 2024, at the Scottish Event Campus, with provisions for electronic attendance. Documents related to the AGM, including notices and proxy forms, are now available online and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
