Banco Macro (BMA) has released an update.
Banco Macro has announced a significant shareholder dividend payout of AR$ 628.2880750164 per share, totaling AR$ 401,735,819,252, with a portion coming from its Optional Reserve Fund for Future Profit Distributions. The payment is subject to approval by the Central Bank of Argentina and will be adjusted for inflation using the national CPI. A 7% tax withholding will be applied to the dividends as stipulated by the 2019 Income Tax Law.
