Baltic Classifieds Group Plc ( (GB:BCG) ) has provided an update.
Baltic Classifieds Group reported a solid financial year to 30 April 2026, with revenue up 7% to €88.5 million and EBITDA rising 7% to €68.6 million, maintaining an industry‑leading 78% margin. Profit for the year climbed 14% to €50.9 million and adjusted EPS increased 9%, underpinned by strong performances in real estate and jobs, while auto growth was tempered by weakness in the Estonian market and weather disruptions.
The company reinforced its market leadership across major platforms, boosted ARPU and yields through pricing and packaging changes, and continued to generate near‑full cash conversion at 99%. It returned €101.1 million to shareholders via buybacks and dividends, refinanced and expanded debt facilities to accelerate repurchases, and proposed higher ordinary and special dividends, signalling confidence in its cash generation and growth prospects.
Operationally, BCG navigated mixed C2C dynamics, with faster property sales and tax‑driven declines in Estonian car transactions reducing inventories, even as premium, longer‑duration packages lifted yields across categories. The acquisition of Latvian real estate data platform Cenubanka.lv strengthens its data capabilities and complements its classifieds offering, bolstering its strategic position in Baltic property markets amid negligible impact so far from AI search on site traffic.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:BCG) stock is a Sell

Baltic Classifieds Group Plc’s overall stock score reflects strong financial performance and positive corporate events, offset by bearish technical indicators and a revised revenue forecast. The company’s robust profitability and strategic actions like share buybacks are significant strengths, but technical analysis suggests caution due to current market momentum.
