Balfour Beatty (GB:BBY) has released an update.
Balfour Beatty PLC has announced the purchase of 170,803 of its own shares at a volume-weighted average price of 366.8037 GBp under its ongoing share buyback program, which are to be held in treasury. This latest acquisition brings the total number of shares repurchased to 13,285,087 at an average price of 348.6707 GBp, with the total number of voting rights in the company now standing at 530,862,515. The company continues to drive infrastructure projects globally, with endeavors such as the construction of Hinkley Point C nuclear power station and the Lyric Theatre in Hong Kong.
