Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. has achieved a milestone by reporting record net revenues of $101.1 million for the year 2023, marking a 7% growth from the previous year. The company also recorded a significant improvement in profitability with a positive adjusted EBITDA of $1.5 million and an increase in cash flow from operations to $8.2 million. Additionally, Auxly has solidified its financial standing through strategic partnerships, including Imperial Brands plc’s conversion of $123.4 million in debt to equity, boosting Imperial’s ownership stake to 19.8%.
