Aura Energy Limited has announced a new proposed issue of securities, including a placement or other type of issue, set for 30th May 2024. The issue will consist of a maximum of 124,999 listed placement options and 166,666 ordinary fully paid securities under the ASX security code. This move is intended to enhance the company’s capital structure and provide investors with new opportunities to invest in Aura Energy.
