An announcement from Atlantic Sapphire ( (AASZF) ) is now available.
Atlantic Sapphire reported harvesting 1,504 metric tons of gutted-weight salmon in the first quarter of 2026, up from 1,183 tons in the previous quarter, reflecting operational growth at its Florida Bluehouse facility. The company’s net biomass gain reached 1,859 metric tons live weight, with standing biomass essentially stable at 3,420 tons, underscoring a steady production base as it ramps up output.
Average harvest weight increased to 3.2 kilograms gutted weight, compared with 2.9 kilograms in the prior quarter, while the achieved sales price rose to $9.32 per kilogram from $8.28, indicating improved product mix and stronger pricing. These trends suggest enhanced operational performance and revenue potential as Atlantic Sapphire works toward scaling its U.S. land-based salmon farming operations and executing its multi-phase capacity expansion strategy.
